By accessing and using the Circular Connect platform, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

Use of the platform. The Circular Connect platform is provided for the purpose of connecting businesses across the Riverina Murray region through the RAMJO Circular Economy Business Network. You agree to use the platform for lawful purposes only and not to misrepresent your business, its materials, or its intentions when submitting a directory listing or enquiry.

Directory listings. By submitting your business to the Circular Connect directory, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you consent to it being displayed publicly on the platform. RAMJO reserves the right to remove or amend listings that contain inaccurate, misleading, or inappropriate content.

Supply agreements. Circular Connect facilitates introductions between businesses but is not party to any supply agreement formed as a result. All commercial arrangements are made directly between the businesses involved. RAMJO accepts no liability for the outcome of any business-to-business transaction facilitated through the network.

Intellectual property. All content on the Circular Connect platform — including text, design, and resources — is the property of RAMJO or its delivery partners and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability. RAMJO makes no warranty that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, RAMJO accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from use of the platform or reliance on information contained within it.
